Liver failure is generally difficult to cure, but early and regular treatment can try to delay the aggravation of the disease and reduce the death rate. There is no effective treatment for liver failure, and the prognosis is poor, once diagnosed, it is difficult to cure. Early liver failure should be actively hospitalized, can be under the guidance of the doctor for artificial liver treatment and internal medicine treatment. If it is caused by viral liver disease, antiviral drugs such as entecavir and tenofovir should be taken according to the doctor’s instructions; if it is caused by acute fatty liver in pregnancy, the pregnancy should be terminated; if it is caused by hepatomegaly, plasma replacement and dialysis are needed. Liver failure must be treated actively, and pay attention to regular diet, abstain from alcohol, and go to the hospital regularly for follow-up.
