Stage II membranous nephropathy refers to stage II in the pathological stage of membranous nephropathy, which will show granular diffuse distribution when immunofluorescence examination is done.
The cause of membranous nephropathy is still unclear, and it may be related to autoimmunity, viral infection, etc. There are no obvious symptoms in the early stage, but as the disease progresses to stage II of membranous nephropathy, it will cause proteinuria, hypertension, and edema, and in severe cases, it may lead to renal decompensation.
Patients need to take glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant therapy under the guidance of doctors, such as prednisone acetate and cyclophosphamide, tacrolimus and other drugs for treatment.
Stage II membranous nephropathy patients need to go to the hospital in time, under the guidance of the doctor’s medication, regular review during the medication period, not to reduce or stop the medication on their own, so as not to cause recurrence of the disease or even aggravate the condition.
