How to exercise to get a follicle to empty when it’s ripe

Follicles are mature enough to be expelled on their own without the need for exercise, and there is no research to confirm that exercise promotes egg expulsion.
Normal follicles can be released on their own when they are mature, and there is no need for women to promote their release in any special way. Strenuous exercise is also not recommended during follicular maturation, as it can cause the corpus luteum to rupture, resulting in severe abdominal pain and other life-threatening symptoms.
The formation and expulsion of eggs is a natural physiological process that usually does not require artificial intervention. If the immaturity of the egg is caused by a disease that prevents it from being discharged, it can be treated with medication after diagnosis by a doctor at a hospital. For those with fertility requirements, increasing the number of intercourse within 24-48 hours after the follicle has matured will help increase the chance of successful conception.
Women are advised to exercise reasonably, warm up well before exercise, and hydrate after exercise.
