Isoflurane capsules should be taken 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals. Isofo Capsules is a combination preparation, the main ingredients of which are rifampicin and isoniazid, used for the treatment of various types of tuberculosis. Rifampicin can cause flushing of the skin after administration, which is usually a mild reaction that resolves spontaneously and may be accompanied by papules. Gastrointestinal reactions may occur and can cause hepatitis; liver function should be tested regularly. Isoniazid can cause adverse reactions such as polyneuritis, gastrointestinal disturbances, optic neuritis, and increased risk of seizures after administration. Note that patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the product are contraindicated, rifampicin has teratogenic effects, and both can enter breast milk, so pregnant women should weigh the benefits before use, and breastfeeding should be discontinued during lactation. Patients must use the drug under the guidance of a specialized physician and strictly follow the medical advice.
