How to get rid of student acne

Student pimples, also known as acne, are caused by Propionibacterium acnes infection. It needs to be removed by dietary modification, mental psychological factor modification, skin care and medication.
1. Dietary regulation: usually do not eat spicy, barbecue, greasy, high sugar food, do not smoke, drink alcohol and coffee.
2. Psychological factors: usually self-regulation of mood, to avoid tension, anxiety, stress, etc., the best night to go to bed around 10:00, go to bed early and get up early, avoid staying up late.
3. Skin care: usually wash your face with lukewarm water, use mild skin cleansing products to keep your skin clean.
4. Medication: For mild cases, topical medication can be used, such as retinoic acid cream, adapalene gel, etc. For those with obvious inflammation, benzoyl peroxide can be used externally to kill Propionibacterium acnes and dissolve pimples; for those with combined infections, topical antibiotics can be used to treat the problem, such as mupirocin ointment and erythromycin ointment. For moderate to severe patients, oral antibiotics, such as minocycline and doxycycline, are required.
There may also be other treatments for students with acne, so parents are advised to bring them to the hospital in a timely manner, and give them targeted treatment or standardized treatment after the doctor completes the examination and clarifies the cause of the disease. The use of medication should follow the doctor’s instructions.
