C1 for adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix usually indicates the presence of pelvic lymph node metastasis of the cancer cells, independent of tumor size, while R indicates that the staging is based on diagnostic imaging. Patients with adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix are often accompanied by varying degrees of cervical erosion, abnormal vaginal bleeding and leukorrhea, or systemic symptoms. The C1R of cervical adenocarcinoma is based on the FIGO staging of cervical cancer, which is the more commonly used staging standard at present, to indicate the severity of the patient’s condition. If the patient is C1R, it means that the patient belongs to the third stage of FIGO staging, and in addition to the related symptoms, there are also metastases in the pelvic lymph nodes. The R in C1R indicates that the scientific basis of staging depends on the imaging performance, and whether or not metastasis occurs is generally not related to the size of the tumor. If it is written as C1 cervical adenocarcinoma, the basis is mainly from the diagnosis of clinical methods, and if it is written as C1P cervical cancer, it indicates that the staging depends on the pathologic diagnosis. Patients with uterine cervical adenocarcinoma C1R are recommended to actively cooperate with doctors for treatment, so as not to cause further aggravation of the condition.
