There is no clinical statement on what medication can disperse liver nodules. Liver nodules are mainly related to viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, liver worm cysts, etc. It is recommended that patients follow the doctor’s instructions to use medication, and if necessary, surgical treatment.
1. Viral hepatitis: Usually patients can apply interferon to control the condition, and also apply nucleoside analogs such as lamivudine and entecavir for treatment. For patients with severe hepatitis, liver transplantation can be performed.
2. Cirrhosis: the disease can cause liver nodules. Viral hepatitis can usually be treated with antiviral drugs such as entecavir and tenofovir, and liver transplantation is feasible for patients with advanced cirrhosis.
3. Hepatocellular carcinoma: Hepatocellular carcinoma can also cause liver nodules in some patients. Hepatocellular carcinoma patients can be treated by surgery such as hepatectomy, liver transplantation, etc. Targeted drug therapy, immunotherapy, radiotherapy, etc. can also be adopted.
4. Hepatic cysts: patients with mild condition can be treated with anthelmintic drugs such as albendazole and mebendazole, while patients with serious condition can be treated with surgery such as complete excystectomy of hepatic cysts, hepatic resection of hepatic cysts, liver transplantation and other surgical treatments.
