What’s with the lumbar tingling?

There are many reasons for lumbar stabbing pain, the common ones are lumbar dorsal myofasciitis, lumbar small joint disorder, herpes zoster and so on.
1. Lumbar dorsal myofasciitis: pathological changes in the lumbar dorsal muscle fascia and muscle tissue, mostly due to cold, humidity, chronic strain and make the lumbar back fascia and muscle tissue edema, oozing and fibrous changes, and a series of symptoms. The main manifestation is diffuse dull pain or tingling in the lumbar back muscles, mostly accompanied by skin numbness or movement disorders.
2. Lumbar spine small joint disorder: such as lumbar sudden flash twist, bend forward and rotary movement, the small joint space open, the negative pressure within the joint increases, the synovial membrane can enter the joint space, if the synovial membrane is clamped in the joint space, it will cause the small joint synovial embedded or small joint subluxation and tingling symptoms, accompanied by reflexive muscle spasm.
3. Herpes zoster: by blisters – herpes zoster virus infection involving the nerves and skin, often occurring on one side of the body, manifested as pain, along the nerves towards the distribution of groups of blisters, due to herpes occurring in the lumbar region, more lumbar stabbing pain symptoms. It is also known as the snake wrapped around the waist and so on.
There may be other causes of lumbar tingling, such as peripheral neuritis, etc. If there is an unexplained lumbar tingling sensation, you should go to the hospital in a timely manner, to clarify the cause of the disease, and actively treat it.
