The most important thing when self-examining is not to grasp the breast with your fingers, but to straighten your fingers to check with your finger belly.
3.Place your right hand on the inside of your left breast and gently and carefully glide your fingers toward the center of your chest to check for lumps.
  4. With the same body position and the left upper limb placed on the side of the bed, gently and carefully glide from the outside of the breast to the inside to check the outside of the breast
Step 3: Can you feel the lymph nodes
1.Use a pillow or towel under the right shoulder, and instead of grasping with the left hand, straighten your fingers and check the right breast to see if you can feel the lymph nodes.
  2. In a standing position, straighten your right finger and place it under your left armpit, and check if there are lymph nodes with your fingertips; in the same way, check if there are lymph nodes in your right armpit.
  Step 4.
Touch the contralateral breast with your hand, turn in small circles, try to cover all areas, light pressure to feel changes under the skin, and heavy pressure to feel changes in the deep breast tissue.
  Step 5.
Gently grasp the nipple after bathing to see if you can squeeze a bloody or plasma discharge. If no lumps or abnormal nipple discharge are found in the breast when examined as described above, you can sleep peacefully.
  Caution.
1.Check between the breast and one armpit with the same position and flattened fingers, and finally check the other armpit.
2.Repeat the above process to check the other side of the breast.
3, the entire process of self-examination, are required to touch with fingers flat on the examined parts, not to use fingers to grasp and pinch, otherwise it is easy to mistake the touch of lumps.
