Can you drink light salt water for diarrhea?

It is possible to drink light salt water for diarrhea. Most diarrhea has two possibilities: first, acute enteritis caused by cold and flu; second, irritable bowel syndrome caused by repeated plant nerve dysfunction. If the former, repeated diarrhea diarrhea, often leads to nausea, vomiting, water-electrolyte disorders, and low sodium, low potassium. So for diarrhea that is repeatedly not relieved, drinking salt water appropriately can replenish sodium chloride and water in the body. If the number of diarrhea is more, it is better to supplement potassium ions because potassium chloride and sodium chloride are easily lost in large quantities while electrolyte disorder is present. Supplementing potassium is beneficial to improve the symptoms of weakness, general weakness, panic, chest tightness and shortness of breath caused by low potassium and low sodium. In severe cases, ion analysis tests need to be perfected, and intravenous fluids and electrolyte infusions are given if necessary.
