There is still a risk of relapse after leukemia treatment is in remission, and it is less likely that the disease will remain relapse-free for life. 1. For leukemia patients, they can be in remission after long-term treatment, but some can experience disease progression. Treatment is required through recovery therapy or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Specific drugs include cytarabine and Zoerythromycin. 2. Whether it is acute lymphoblastic leukemia or acute myeloid leukemia, there is still a possibility of relapse after chemotherapy remission. After allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, 70% of patients can achieve long-term survival. Most of the remaining 30% have a poor prognosis due to relapse of the disease. Relapse is therefore a long-term risk for leukemia patients. Regular and effective monitoring and treatment under medical supervision is essential.
