Bactrim is the trade name for spearhead pit viper hemagglutinin for injection. Bactrim is a hemagglutinin isolated from the venom of the spearhead pit viper and does not contain neurotoxins or other toxins. The main effects of Bactrim are to stop bleeding, promote clotting and reduce bleeding, and it is generally used for trauma and bleeding during surgery, as well as for preventing bleeding during surgery.
