Pediatric sinusitis can never be cured

Patient: Description of condition (onset, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): The child was diagnosed with a full set of sinusitis at the children’s hospital, and the doctor also took adenoids films and said it was fine, and has been receiving hospital treatment for more than a month. Now the child’s symptoms are nasal congestion, not much snot blowing out, white with yellow. He has a morning cough. Two days ago, I went to the hospital for a review and said that the nasal passages were clean, but the middle nasal passage was still blocked. The doctor seemed helpless and told him to continue taking myrtle oil and endosulfan. The child had sinusitis before, but was cured quickly with medication. This time, I think I’ve used all the shots, medication, nose wash, nebulizer, and nasal spray hormone, but the sinusitis has been bad for more than a month. Can it still be cured? Most sinusitis in children can be cured with regular medication.
Please try nasal topical hormone spray + mucus thinner (taken orally 30 minutes before meal) after deep seawater nasal rinse; and appropriate with oral Chinese medicine.
If the effect is not good, it is recommended to take with 14-ring macrolide anti-inflammatory drugs orally (half of the regular dose) and adhere to it for 1-3 months.
