Stomach fire and liver fire can both cause bitter mouth symptoms. 2. Symptoms of liver fire are dizziness and distension, intense pain, red face and eyes, bitter and dry mouth, irritability, tinnitus, even sudden deafness, insomnia, dreamy, or burning pain in the ribs, vomiting blood, short yellow urine, constipation, etc..
