Pregnancy vomiting with a lot of blood is classified as severe vomiting of pregnancy. Treatment includes antiemetic and general therapy. 1. Antiemetic: The first-line antiemetic is vitamin B6; vitamins can reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. 2. General treatment: Patients with severe vomiting of pregnancy should go to the hospital for treatment, fasting, and intravenous rehydration to correct ketosis. Pregnancy vomiting can lead to vitamin B1, vitamin K deficiency, should be supplemented with vitamin B1 and vitamin K. If there are water electrolyte disorders need to supplement water and electrolytes. For pregnant women with mental and emotional instability, psychological treatment should be given to relieve their worries. Most pregnant women will improve after treatment and can continue their pregnancy. If vomiting leads to life-threatening conditions, the pregnancy can be terminated.
