What’s wrong with women who sleep at night with numbness in their hands

(2) Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: Prevalent in middle-aged women, it refers to the disease of numbness and weakness of the fingers mainly caused by the compression of the median nerve in the carpal tunnel, usually with tingling and swelling sensation, and the symptoms are aggravated at night, in the morning or after exertion.
(3) neurogenic cervical spondylosis: women sleeping hand numbness may also be due to cervical intervertebral discs, intervertebral joints degenerative changes, involving the cervical nerve root and root compression or irritation of the symptoms, specifically manifested in the upper limbs and fingers of the radiating pain, weakness, numbness, but also can appear unilateral or bilateral neck and shoulder pain.
