Symptoms of varicose skin

Varicose veins show skin symptoms, mainly in the form of darkening of the skin, along with an itching sensation of the skin. If the patient keeps scratching the skin, eczema or even skin breakdown may occur. In this case, the treatment is relatively troublesome. If a thrombus forms in the varicose vein, the skin will show localized redness, swelling, pain, elevated skin temperature and other manifestations of superficial phlebitis. Therefore, with varicose veins it is necessary to simultaneously prevent complications and reduce skin lesions. In this case, targeted treatment is needed. If varicose veins are not very serious, conservative treatment can be carried out, mainly wearing varicose vein compression stockings, avoiding prolonged standing and sitting, medication and exercising the calf muscles, strengthening the muscle pump treatment, effectively reducing the symptoms of varicose veins. In case of complications, surgical treatment can be performed to remove varicose veins completely and can relieve the symptoms associated with skin lesions.
