There is no such thing as a must-eat food for lung nodules, and there are no special requirements for diet, but it is generally recommended to be easy to digest and nutritious, and only a reasonable diet will be beneficial to the condition. 1. Nutritious food: can be obtained from eggs and other eggs; fish, beef, pork and other meat; celery, spinach, carrots, bananas and other vegetables and fruits. After the discovery of lung nodules, there is no special requirement in diet, and there is no mandatory food, but under the premise of normal diet, we should also ensure adequate nutrition and reasonable diet; try to avoid drinking alcohol, strong tea, coffee, as well as avoiding the consumption of heavy oil, spicy food. Most of the lung nodules are benign inflammatory lesions, and some may be related to malignant lesions. If it is caused by pneumonia, anti-infection treatment such as cephalosporin is needed; for lung nodules caused by tuberculosis, standardized anti-tuberculosis treatment such as isoniazid and rifampicin should be given; if it is caused by tumors, the nodules need to be closely observed to see if they have increased in size. For malignant lesions such as lung cancer, surgical treatment should be taken when there are indications for surgery. After the discovery of lung nodules, it is necessary to consult a doctor in time to determine the nature of the nodules based on physical signs, clinical symptoms, imaging tests, etc., and take targeted treatment if necessary.
