Pimples are clinically known as acne. Bleeding acne is usually treated with general therapy and medication if necessary, please follow your doctor’s instructions. 1. General treatment: Firstly, disinfection should be carried out, which can be done by using iodophor to disinfect and remove the dirt on the surface of the skin; then use sterilized cotton swabs or medical gauze to gently press the affected area, and then relax the pressure after the bleeding has stopped. 2. Medication: When there is no obvious oozing of blood and fluid as well as overflow of pus after stopping bleeding, consider giving antibiotic creams such as fusidic acid cream and mupirocin ointment to prevent further infection; take oral antibiotics such as doxycycline and minocycline hydrochloride if necessary. If large acne bleeding or blood flow, need to consult a doctor to give targeted treatment, do not blindly self-medication. In the meantime, avoid squeezing and scratching when acne occurs on the skin on a daily basis.
