This drug is recommended for anal administration. Adverse reactions to this drug are not known. People who are allergic to this drug or allergic to aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, patients with allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, people with angioedema and bronchospasm, people with active ulcerative disease, ulcerative colitis and other upper gastrointestinal diseases and history of such diseases, people with history of hepatic and renal diseases.
