The causes of nephrotic syndrome are categorized as familial, primary and secondary. Therefore nephrotic syndrome may be hereditary.
1. Family hereditary: Alport syndrome, Fabry disease, congenital nephrotic syndrome, lipoprotein nephropathy, etc. can be seen.
2. Primary: mainly rely on the exclusion of family heredity and secondary nephrotic syndrome.
3. Secondary: The common ones in China are nephrotic syndrome caused by diabetic nephropathy, systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis, hepatitis B virus-related nephritis, renal amyloidosis, tumors, drugs/toxins and infections.
Nephrotic syndrome may also have other causes, it is recommended that patients go to regular hospitals in time, under the guidance of the doctor standardized treatment.
