Requirements for general condition for tooth extraction

Hypertension: stable medication control at 140/90mmhg, more than 160/100mmhg, high risk of cardiovascular accident. Diabetes: stable blood glucose control, fasting 8.8mmol/L, postprandial 11.1mmol/L, high risk of infection and non-healing of tooth extraction wound if too high. Cardiac disease: Cardiac function III and above, 6 months of internal infarction, severe arrhythmia, extraction is contraindicated; others, such as coronary artery disease, post-stenting, extraction under cardiac monitoring is recommended. Anticoagulants such as aspirin and warfarin: check blood coagulation, if there is any abnormality, it needs to be clarified by the relevant internist whether the drug can be stopped, otherwise the risk of postoperative bleeding is high and not well controlled.
