Painless urination in women should be taken seriously enough. Anyone who has painless hematuria must rule out the possibility of having a urinary tumor. It is recommended to always drink plenty of water and do ultrasound of the kidneys, ureter, and bladder in a urine-holding condition to find if there is a urinary system tumor. Urine exfoliative cell examination can also be done to check for tumor cells. If the above tests are negative, CT of the kidneys, ureters and bladder can be done if necessary to find out if there are any lesions. Hematuria should be taken seriously and examined several times, and tumors must be ruled out. Hematuria may be caused by stone friction, or by renal prolapse, and left renal vein compression syndrome cannot be ruled out.
