Long-term consumption of chrysanthemum water is usually not recommended.
Chrysanthemum has the efficacy of dispersing wind-heat, calming liver-yang, clearing liver-heat and improving eyesight (clearing liver-fire to promote vision restoration), clearing heat and removing toxins (clearing heat and toxins from the body). It is suitable for wind-heat and colds, the first signs of warm diseases, dizziness of liver-yang, liver-wind syndrome, redness and dimness of the eyes and carbuncles, swollen and poisonous sores, and other conditions. It should be used with caution for people with Qi deficiency and cold stomach, and those with food loss and diarrhea.
As this product is slightly cold in nature, long-term consumption may damage the spleen and stomach, resulting in stomach discomfort, gastric distress and other symptoms.
Chrysanthemum in water has limited medicinal effects, if you need to use medication, it is recommended to be treated by a TCM practitioner under the guidance of a professional herbalist.
