Diarrhea is an early symptom of stomach cancer

Diarrhea should not be an early symptom of stomach cancer, so please do not be too nervous. Diarrhea is mostly caused by the imbalance of intestinal flora, such as improper diet, and it may also appear after the abdomen is cold. Most patients with early gastric cancer have no clinical symptoms or only some non-specific digestive tract discomfort symptoms, such as vague abdominal pain, bloating, acid reflux, belching and so on. However, it is very difficult to diagnose early gastric cancer by clinical symptoms alone. If patients are unsure, they can go to the hospital to cooperate with doctors to check electronic gastroscopy and add pathological biopsy if necessary. Only through pathological biopsy is it possible to detect the existence of early gastric cancer. In case of progressive gastric cancer, the earliest clinical symptom is upper abdominal pain, which is often accompanied by poor appetite, anorexia, emaciation and anemia. If patients have unexplained diarrhea, they should go to hospital for examination when necessary, but the diagnosis of early gastric cancer cannot be judged by clinical symptoms.
