The review program 3 months after the Lipo knife surgery is determined by the pathology results after the surgery. If the surgery was done for chronic cervicitis, including conditions such as cervical erosion and cervical polyps, and the pathology report suggests chronic cervicitis, a gynecologic examination can be done at the time of review to see if the cervix is healing well and if there is any scarring protruding from the center of the cervical canal. If the pathology result after the liposuction procedure is cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion grade I, cervical TCT screening i.e. cervical cytology screening should be performed. For high grade cervical squamous epithelial lesions, including grade II and III, cervical cytology and HPV screening should be performed 3 months after the procedure and can be repeated once a year after three consecutive normalizations. You should prepare the outpatient medical record book and relevant test reports when you go to the hospital for review.
