If the tear film is unstable when you wake up early, it will lead to blurry seeing. The second is the phenomenon of regulation spasm or regulation lag caused by excessive use of eyes. After waking up early, if the tension of regulation is not fully restored because of excessive use of eyes in the previous night, the phenomenon of blurring will be formed when looking at the distance. If you look at the distance after over-exerting yourself, the adjustment lag will also lead to blurring when you look at the near distance.
