Lower vulvar leukoplakia generally refers to vulvar leukoplakia, which is a white lesion due to hypopigmentation of vulvar skin and mucous membrane caused by various pathologic factors, and common symptoms include itching, burning sensation, pain in the pubic area, and pain in sexual life.
1. Itching: the vulva has itching symptoms, most of the itching is unbearable, serious restlessness, affecting the quality of sleep, scratching can relieve the symptoms.
2. Burning sensation: vulvar sclerosing moss and diabetic vulvovaginitis are secondary to vulvar hypopigmentation, due to the thinning of the vulvar skin caused by sensory sensitivity, there is a burning sensation under the stimulation of vaginal secretion.
3. Vulvar pain: scratching the vulva due to itching causes ulceration of the vulvar skin, resulting in pain.
4. Sexual life pain: due to the atrophy and thinning of the skin in the advanced stage of the lesion, it is parchment-like change, and the contracture and narrowing of the vaginal opening leads to the pain and difficulty in sexual life.
