How to take Dingkundan

Dingkundan is taken orally. The drug is mainly used to treat irregular menstruation and abdominal pain during menstruation caused by deficiency of qi and blood, stagnation of qi and blood stasis.
Ding Kun Dan is composed of red ginseng, deer antler, crocus sativus, panax pseudoginseng, white peony, and ripened di Huang and other herbs. It has the effect of nourishing qi and blood, regulating menstruation and relieving depression.
Clinically, it is often used in the treatment of blood leakage (excessive menstrual flow or more than a few drops of menstruation) caused by deficiency of qi and blood and stagnation of qi and blood stasis, leucorrhoea (abnormal leucorrhoea with blood or blood clots), dizziness and blood detachment, postpartum deficiencies, and tidal fever of bone vapor (a bout of heat, feeling that the heat is penetrating from the inside of the bone to the outside).
Taking this medicine, avoid cold, greasy and stimulating food; stop taking it when you have a cold or flu; people with high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease and other chronic diseases should take it under the guidance of a physician; ordinary menstruation is normal, and there is a sudden lack of menstruation or menstruation after the wrong time, or irregular vaginal bleeding should go to the hospital; taking the medicine for 1 month without symptomatic relief, you should go to the hospital.
