The application of TV thoracoscopy for bilateral simultaneous sequential open-chest surgery treatment has shown that: 1, the bilateral surgery is completed at one time to avoid splitting the surgery; 2, the application of TV thoracoscopy avoids large open-chest incisions; 3, less bleeding and fewer complications; 4, the hospitalization time is shortened and the cost is reduced; 5, it is suitable for primary hospitals and has clinical promotion value. The chance of complications in TV thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary maculoplasty is about 7%, mainly air leakage from the lung section, alveolar air leakage and postoperative chest bleeding. In conclusion, the application of TV thoracoscopy, whether it is simultaneous resection of bilateral pulmonary herpes or TV thoracoscopic exploration, to give a one-time solution to bilateral lesions, safe and reliable, avoiding sub-operation and large incision open chest, especially the supine bilateral thoracic sequential surgery, more shorten the operation time, and less trauma, light pain, special circumstances can quickly open the chest, shorten the hospitalization time, less complications, can be further promoted. Its long-term situation remains to be observed, more so when large cases appear and evidence-based observation.
