Secondly, the patient should bend over and lower both upper limbs naturally, and perform bilateral shoulder joint forward flexion, backward extension, lateral movement, and circular rotation movement for 10-20 minutes, 2-4 times a day, which can gradually restore the range of motion of the shoulder joint and relieve shoulder pain. If there is tendon damage, you cannot exercise, but if there is only inflammation around the shoulder joint, you can exercise.
