Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) must also meet the following conditions before pregnancy can be considered: 1. the disease is inactive and has remained stable for at least 6 months; 2. the dose of glucocorticoids is prednisone 15 mg/d (or equivalent) or less; 3. the 24-h urinary protein excretion is 0.5 g or less; 4. there is no significant organ damage; 5. immunosuppressive drugs such as cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, raltegravir, mycophenolate, etc. are discontinued for at least 6 months before pregnancy can be considered; 6. methotrexate, raltegravir, mycophenolate, etc. for at least 6 months; 6. For patients taking leflunomide, it is recommended that drug clearance therapy be administered first and then discontinued for at least 6 months before pregnancy can be considered.
