Unsteady walking may be a kind of balance disorder, balance training can be carried out, and at the same time, the etiology should be analyzed and appropriate etiological treatment should be carried out. Clinically, it is common in cerebellar lesions, including cerebrovascular diseases, mainly seen in cerebellar infarction and cerebellar hemorrhage, and may also be caused by cerebellar tumor or inflammation. In case of cerebrovascular disease, such as cerebral hemorrhage, surgical treatment can be considered when surgery is suitable in the early stage. In the case of cerebral infarction, when thrombolysis is appropriate in the ultra-early stage, intravenous thrombolysis can be performed, and neuroprotective therapy can be given, as well as antihypertensive therapy if necessary. Commonly used drugs are mannitol and glycerol fructose. If it is caused by cerebellar tumor, it can be treated with surgery or radiation therapy. Patients with benign tumors may experience symptomatic relief after surgery, while patients with malignant tumors have poorer outcomes. If it is caused by inflammation, mainly including viral infection, or bacterial infection, mainly antiviral treatment, or anti-inflammatory treatment. Most of the patients can be cured clinically through active and correct treatment.
