The patient is not conscious for more than twenty days after brain hemorrhage surgery and needs to be hospitalized for a long period of time for observation, and then medication, auxiliary therapy, and surgical treatment.
1. Regular observation: It is necessary to regularly observe the patient’s symptoms and monitor vital signs, including respiration, pulse and heart rate.
2. Medication: if the patient is not conscious after the operation of cerebral hemorrhage, which is a big damage to the brain, the medication that nourishes the brain cells, such as cytidine diphosphate, can be used in a timely manner according to the doctor’s prescription.
3. Auxiliary treatment: for example, transcranial magnetic stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation therapy can promote the patient to wake up; if there is respiratory abnormality, it is necessary to take hyperbaric oxygen therapy in time.
4. Surgical treatment: if the patient is not awake all the time after cerebral hemorrhage surgery, he/she should be alerted that there are blood clots stagnating in the cerebral blood vessels, and if they are not completely removed, he/she needs to have vascular removal surgery as soon as possible.
If patients with cerebral hemorrhage have not been awake for more than 20 days after surgery, it is relatively difficult for them to be awake in the later stage, and attention should be paid to this. At present, it should be treated symptomatically under the guidance of specialized physicians; as a family member, it is also necessary to frequently stimulate the patient’s language.
