When do baby’s big teeth come in

Under normal conditions, baby’s big teeth (clinically known as molar teeth) usually erupt around one and a half to two and a half years old. There are a total of eight baby molar teeth, according to the form and function of the first molar and the second molar; the first molar erupts around one to one and a half years old, while the second molar erupts the latest, around two to two and a half years old. Baby molar eruption will be accompanied by itching or pain in the gums and other symptoms, which will cause discomfort or irritability of the baby; parents can massage the local gums in order to promote the normal eruption of the teeth; and molar eruption must be kept clean in the oral cavity, in order to avoid dental caries caused by food blockage, gums or teeth swollen and painful and other symptoms.
