What causes your lips to tremble when you’re cold

The causes of lip trembling when cold include physiologic trembling, facial muscle spasm, and cervical spondylosis.
1. Physiological shaking: If you are outdoors in winter, you will experience the symptom of lip shaking when the cold wind blows.
