The hazards of low-temperature plasma ablation are mainly caused by inexperienced physicians or poor control of temperature parameters. If the lesion is close to important blood vessels, it may cause vascular damage or even hemorrhage; close to cavernous organs, it may cause perforation of the digestive tract; close to the bile duct, it may damage the bile duct and cause biliary fistula, and close to the skin. If the ablation temperature parameters are poorly controlled, it can lead to skin cryoinjury and a series of complications. Therefore, it is recommended that patients should communicate more with their primary care physicians when seeking medical treatment, develop individualized plans, and choose different treatments according to their conditions.
