Myocardial necrosis is mostly due to the death of myocardial cells caused by acute and continuous ischemia of coronary arteries in a short period of time. Its clinical manifestations mainly include severe pressure-like pain in the precordial region or behind the sternum, mostly accompanied by sweating, sometimes radiating to the inner side of the left upper limb and the left back. This is a common acute and critical condition in cardiovascular medicine, and must be treated immediately and promptly in the nearest hospital. Its treatment mainly includes: i. Give oral antiplatelet aggregation drugs Bay Aspirin, Clopidogrel or Tegretol. ii. Give lipid-regulating drugs, give subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin. If the patient’s pain is severe, subcutaneous morphine can be given to relieve pain to reduce myocardial oxygen consumption. Second, if the conditions of the hospital, and the patient has no obvious contraindications, can be given to the coronary angiography. If necessary, stent implantation can be performed to open the narrowed blood vessels, save the dying myocardium and facilitate the recovery of heart function. Third, for hospitals that do not have the conditions, thrombolytic therapy can be given.
