Three months after cesarean section, irregular echogenic zone is found to be abnormal, and its causes include another pregnancy, uterine diverticulum, pelvic effusion and so on.
1. Re-pregnancy: the irregular echogenic zone is in the uterine cavity, and if you have had sex after cesarean section, you need to go to the hospital in time to take blood tests for HCG to confirm whether you are pregnant or not.
2. Diverticulum of the uterus: irregular non-echoic area in the uterine scar, there may be diverticulum of the uterus, which is caused by poor healing of the incision.
3. Pelvic effusion: irregular non-echoic area in the pelvis, may be physiological or pathologic, physiological pelvic effusion after ovulation does not exceed 1.5~2cm, ultrasound examination after menstrual cleansing, if it exceeds more than 1.5cm, it may be pathologic.
Three months after cesarean section, irregular echogenic area is detected, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for examination, to clarify the cause of the disease, and then follow the doctor’s instructions to deal with the treatment.
