It may also be venous disease, common lower extremity varicose veins of the great saphenous vein, small saphenous vein varicose, venous return obstruction, causing elevated hydrostatic pressure of fluid, bilateral lower extremity obvious edema, which can be manifested as varicose veins of the lower extremities, and severe skin ulcer formation can be present. It may also be cirrhosis, heart failure, hypoproteinemia, which often causes slowing of blood flow, hypoproteinemia causes water extravasation, which causes lower limb edema.
