How soon can you exercise after a normal delivery

Mothers who give birth naturally can get out of bed and walk around 2-3 days after delivery. 3-5 days later, they can do some pelvic contraction exercises, and 2 weeks after delivery, they can do soft gymnastics or stretching exercises. Special attention should be paid here, if the delivery is normal but there is post-partum hemorrhage, the mother needs to depend on the condition of her body. Mothers who have a normal delivery can first choose some simple exercises suitable for bedtime, such as ankle exercises, waist exercises, pelvic swaying exercises, abdominal breathing exercises, chest prying exercises, neck exercises, breast exercises and so on.
