Darkening around the lips may be a normal phenomenon caused by hyperpigmentation, or it may be caused by lipitis, hyperpigmentation intestinal polyp syndrome and other diseases.

3. Hyperpigmentation intestinal polyp syndrome: hyperpigmentation intestinal polyp syndrome is mainly caused by hereditary factors, the patient’s main symptoms for the perioral, periocular and other parts of the hyperpigmentation, pigmentation, black but not brown, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms.
