The formation time of metastatic ovarian cancer is around 1 year, while that of primary ovarian cancer is several years or even decades. Clinically, ovarian cancer is categorized into secondary and primary ovarian cancer, in which secondary ovarian cancer is metastasized from other parts of the body, and its condition develops faster, and the formation time of most patients is around 1 year, and some highly malignant patients only need 3 to 6 months. As for primary ovarian cancer patients, it needs to be determined according to the degree of malignancy. Low malignancy patients have slow disease progression, which needs 5 to 10 years to be formed, and some of them can even reach several decades; while highly malignant ovarian cancer patients have faster formation, which is mostly in about 1 year.
