Red dots on the neck are usually considered to be caused by folliculitis, eczema or neurodermatitis. There are different treatments for different symptoms. 1. Neurodermatitis: Neurodermatitis is mainly seen in the neck, sacrococcygeal area or elbow and other parts of the body, manifested as clusters of red dots, itching severe scratching caused by aggravation of the lesions. Patients can take benadryl or loratadine under the guidance of the doctor, do not blindly use drugs.
