What is an anemic mole?

Anemia nevi often appear at birth or during childhood but are difficult to disappear throughout life. The pathogenesis is primarily an abnormality in the development of vascular tissue and function. Clinically, anemic nevi are most often found on the trunk, such as the chest, but can also occur on the face and extremities. The lesions are single or multiple. They are ovoid or irregularly linear, with clear borders of varying size and irregularity. Pale spots. Sometimes many clusters of small macules appear. The main characteristic is that when rubbing the affected area, the pale spots themselves do not redden, but the surrounding skin reddens, making the white spots more obvious. When pressed with a slide, the surrounding skin becomes congested and recedes, and the hypochromic spots become less recognizable. Clinically, it can be distinguished from vitiligo or other white spots. But note that the affected area of this disease cannot produce erythema with friction or other physical stimulation. Treatment: There is no effective treatment method. It can be treated with masking agents or cosmetic treatment.
