Patients with low-density foci in the right anterior lobe of the liver are usually due to occupations in the liver, and there are benign tumors and malignant tumors in liver occupations. 1. Benign tumor: clinically, it is commonly found in liver cysts, hepatic hemangiomas, hepatic adenomas, etc. For benign hepatic occupations of small size, patients often find them by chance because of ultrasound of liver during physical examination without any clinical symptoms, so they can be observed and treated and have regular rechecks of ultrasound of the abdomen; for the ones with large size, it will cause compression of the surrounding tissues and organs, which will lead to symptoms and need to be resected surgically. 2. Malignant tumor occupancy: commonly found in primary liver cancer and secondary liver cancer, it is necessary to check the tumor marker AFP and abdominal CT examination. Surgical resection of tumor in early stage of liver cancer can help prolong patients’ life and improve their quality of life. If patients have any discomfort, they should go to the hospital for examination in time and should not be careless so as not to delay the treatment.
