3. Mediastinal lesions: anterior mediastinal tumors such as thymoma infiltration, lung cancer invading the anterior mediastinum, ascending aortic aneurysm, mediastinal emphysema and so on can cause retrosternal pain.
4. Digestive system diseases: ① reflux esophagitis, hiatal hernia, gastritis, gastric ulcer and other diseases, gastric reflux can cause burning pain behind the sternum under the xiphoid process. ② Liver disease pain can also involve the lower chest.
Women chest pain, it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible according to the different parts of the pain ultrasound, chest CT, electrocardiogram and other tests to determine the cause of further diagnosis and treatment.
