Introduction to Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy: It is called meso therapy in foreign countries because mesodem means “mesoderm” and therapy means “treatment” in English, so foreign scholars combined it as meso therapy, that is, mesotherapy. Origin: Mesotherapy originated in France, first created and applied by Dr. Michel Pister in 1952, in which a number of therapeutic agents were mixed and injected into the patient’s mesoderm for the early treatment of general diseases. 1987, the French Ministry of Health officially included mesotherapy as one of the legal transmission medical treatment programs. In 1988, Italian dermatologists discovered that injecting soy lecithin (PTC) under the skin has the effect of lipolysis and fat elimination, and thus mesotherapy officially entered the market of beauty and body contouring. Over the years, with the continuous efforts and exploration of doctors from all over the world, there are more than 15,000 cosmetic plastic surgeons around the world, including Europe, America, Central and South America, who have been trained to use and promote this treatment. In recent years, the ASAM has been established in various countries around the world to provide various information and services to colleagues around the world. Principle: Different types of therapeutic agents are mixed and injected into the patient’s mesoderm, and the depth of injection varies depending on the treatment and care items. For example, anti-aging, whitening and facelift are mostly done in the epidermis, while filling is deeper than the epidermis, while weight loss, slimming and shaping agents should reach the dermis. The agents needed for mesotherapy are mostly various nutrients required by the skin, such as hyaluronic acid, collagen, VE, epidermal growth factor, etc. Application scope: Mesotherapy covers almost all cosmetic items, and is divided into two categories: beauty (facelift and tightening, facial whitening and brightening, removing wrinkles and eye bags, removing cellulite and stretch marks, pigmentation, changing facial shape and slimming, regenerating thinning hair) and body sculpting (weight reduction, localized lipolysis and weight loss, body perfection sculpture). Prospect: With a worldwide trend of “microplasticity” prevalent without surgery, without medication, the emergence of mesotherapy has made beauty seekers around the world overwhelmed, because it is not only a short course of treatment, small anesthesia or no anesthesia, almost no side effects, and a short recovery period, very suitable for busy and beauty-loving It is ideal for modern women who are busy and love beauty. This kind of treatment, which is called “lunch break plastic surgery” abroad, is indeed the future star of microplastic surgery.
