Baking soda ratio for mycosis fungoides

Patients with mycosis fungoides tend to have an acidic environment in the vagina, which favors the growth and reproduction of mycobacteria and aggravates the clinical symptoms of mycobacteria. Therefore, in clinical practice, it is often used to douche with baking soda, which is alkaline and is recommended in the configuration of a 5% solution for douching to change the pH in the vagina, inhibit the growth of mycobacteria and have a complementary therapeutic effect. After douching with baking soda, it is recommended to insert drugs into the vagina for treatment, such as mycobacterial suppositories, clotrimazole suppositories, dacrynic suppositories, dacrynic soft capsules or terbinafine vaginal tablets, which can effectively treat mycobacterial vaginitis and make the symptoms disappear.
