What’s wrong with feeling nauseous and wheezing all the time?

There are many reasons for old nausea and wheezing, and common diseases include respiratory system diseases, cardiovascular diseases and so on. 1. Respiratory system diseases (1) Bronchial asthma: it is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airway involving eosinophils, mast cells and other inflammatory cells. This inflammation can trigger airway hyperreactivity and lead to airway narrowing, patients show wheezing, dyspnea, chest tightness, nausea, cough and other symptoms, most patients can be relieved on their own. (2) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): Due to the stimulation of harmful substances (e.g., smoking), the lungs produce an abnormal inflammatory response, resulting in airflow limitation, which is often progressively aggravated. Shortness of breath and dyspnea are the hallmark symptoms of COPD, which appear only after exertion in the early stage, and gradually worsen later, even when resting, you may feel shortness of breath and nausea. 2. Cardiovascular diseases (1) Dilated heart disease: it refers to the enlargement of the heart cavity and the decrease of myocardial contraction function, which leads to the manifestation of congestive heart failure, such as panic attacks, shortness of breath, breathlessness and so on. (2) Heart failure: the heart has lost its normal contractile function, leading to bruising and edema in the lungs, which in turn leads to symptoms such as dyspnea, wheezing and nausea. In addition to the above causes, chronic bronchitis, rheumatic heart disease, hyperthyroidism, obesity and other diseases can also cause the above diseases. If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to the hospital in a timely manner, complete the examination to determine the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy under the guidance of the doctor.
